AIDLINK - Third world development through partnership

1Irish international non-governmental organisation (INGO): We exist to improve the lives of those living in poverty in the developing world.

2Partnership: We believe that local communities and organisations are best placed to manage their own development. Therefore we work in partnership with strategic partners in our priority countries: Uganda, Kenya and Ghana.

3Empowering Communities: We are committed to empowering communities to directly implement development actions and to advocate for the relief of poverty and increased access to basic services.

4Basic Development Needs: Our programmes focus on the basic development needs of communities as identified by them water, education, food security and health (including HIV and AIDS).
